OUR GRILL
Island Grill’s signature jerk rub and open-flame grill bring out the unique flavours of the Island in every piece of meat and chicken we cook. Top-quality chicken and meats are chosen, then we apply our signature spice rubs and allow the flavours to permeate the meat for at least 24 hours before we grill our jerk chicken and Island Burgers on our open-flame grill.
